PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Winter Wheel promotion (the “Promotion”) is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) from 01.12.2024 until 31.12.2024 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR WINTER WHEEL

2. The Promotion is available to customers of  partypoker.com (the "Website") who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years of age; and over 19 years of age in Canada
   3. are eligible to receive Website promotions.

   (an “Eligible Player”).

3. Eligible Players cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PLAY WINTER WHEEL

4. To play Winter Wheel, Eligible Players must:
   1. Complete up to two missions per day for up to 2 spins per day playing Cash Game or Fastforward.
      • MISSION 1 - See 100 flops
      • MISSION 2 - Get dealt 7 – 2 suited or offsuit.
   2. login and access The Winter Wheel from the “Offers” section.
   3. click on “SPIN” (or tap screen on Mobile Web/App) to spin the Wheel.

MISSIONS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

5. To complete MISSION 1 an Eligible Player must “see 100 flops”.
6. To complete MISSION 2 an Eligible Player must “receive, as starting hand, 72 that can be suited or offsuit”.
7. All missions can be completed playing on “No Limit Hold Em Cash” or “FastForward” games at NL10 ($0.05/$0.10) or higher.
8. “Heads Up” games and “Omaha” are excluded from this promotion.
9. Once a mission has been completed, Eligible Players will be able to spin the Winter Wheel.
10. Each mission can only be completed once per day.
11. All Prizes won participating in the Promotion will be paid in Poker Dollars (“P$”).
12. The following prizes can be won by spinning the Winter Wheel: P$ 50, P$ 10, P$ 5, P$ 1 and P$ 0.50.
13. Prizes are non-transferable.
14. Maximum two spins of the Winter Wheel per Eligible Player, per day.
15. Eligible Players must use their spin before 23:59 CEST on the day it is awarded.

POKER DOLLARS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

16. Poker Dollars (“P$”):
1. allow entry into any poker game (except “heads-up” games);
2. do not have an expiry date;
3. cannot be sold or transferred to other players; and
4. are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

17. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to a qualifying player and their website account (the “Promoter”).
18. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that players can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect the player's ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits, or prizes.
19. Employees of the Promoter (and its affiliate companies), and any family members of employees, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
